In the Valle del Tiétar, one of the most attractive activities is walking an activity enjoyed by everyone and all ages, sometimes looking for that hidden rock pool, with crystal clear water to swim in. Whole families with children walk through beautiful oak and pine forests or ride their bikes along the country tracks.

For short and easy walks you can ask your hosts wherever you are staying who will be happy to tell you the way.

There is also an information centre in the El Risquillo Park in Guisando. Which is part of the network for information of natural areas in Castilla y Leon, and where you will no doubt be able to obtain full information on the area.
