The centre is situated in a privileged place, on the Southern face of the Gredos Mountains. The abundant water and the gentle temperature create a microclimate in this area all year long and marks the difference with the rest of the province of Avila.
It is the ideal place for cultivating all kinds of fruit trees: orange, lemon, figs, pears, cherries, avocados, kiwis and so on.
The centre has 4 apartments on the ground floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms with one double bed measuring 150 cm. and two individual beds, each of 90 cm. Bathroom with shower, living and dining room with kitchen, fridge, 21" television, telephone and air-conditioning.
On the first floor of the main house, there are another 4 double bedrooms and three bedrooms with double beds, measuring 150cm. The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with baths, telephone, television and air-conditioning.
There is also a social room for guests and an apartment for handicapped people.
We also have a restaurant where we serve breakfast, and you can enjoy local ooking. |
