Organic vegetable garden
The rural tourism centre Las Mimosas is situated in a privileged position in the outskirts of the small village of La Parra, 2,5 km. from Arenas de San Pedro. The village has 435 inhabitants and is 656 m. above sea level, surrounded by fruit, olive, chestnut and pine trees and vegetable gardens.
Various fruit trees grow within the grounds of the house, from which delicious jams are made, and an organic vegetable garden provides the basis of the meals produced at La Mimosa.
The area enjoys an excellent microclimate, protected the mountains and has a great variety of fauna and flora. All this makes this an ideally peaceful in which place to enjoy nature. Being in the middle of the Valle del Tiétar, it is ideal for any touring you may wish to do.
The centre is newly built (June 2004) but adheres to the style of local architecture, and offers maximum comfort.There are:
- 2 double bedrooms
- 2 triple bedrooms
- 1 apartment with three bedrooms and kitchen.
All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom and are equipped with heating, television and hairdryer.
