The CTR Las Praderas is a modern construction in the style typical of the Valle del Tiétar, wooden ceilings, clay floors, Arab style tiles on the roof, ….

There are eight independent houses, each accommodating four people, with two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.

The complex also offers all its guests, a pool, sitting area for groups, minigolf, a large grassy playing area, a pond, barbecue, and restaurant for 80 people which is only open to our customers.

All our houses have central heating, air conditioning and wood burning stoves.

We also have bicycles for our customers and a paintball playing field.
